January 23rd

Today was Bailey's 9 month checkup and she did very well. She weighed in at 17lbs. 26 1/4 inches long and doing fine. She's crawling (quickly I might add since Samantha chases her sometimes and Bailey just laughs, it's good to see that thay have fun together), pulling herself up, and "coasting" along furniture. Tonight she actually climbed into her sister's bed using the step stoll that Samantha uses (dad was right by her side to make sure she did not fall). Later this evening, Mom supervised as Bailey climed up 5 stairs on our basements steps. She obviously read to go somewhere but where we don't know. At any rate, Bailey received three shots today and took it well. She stopped crying the instant the nurse opened the door to leave! Other than that Bailey's checkup went really well and she goes back at her one year mark ~ which I don't even want to think about...one years old...seriously where the time goes I have no idea.
